Province-wide consultation completed

The Anglo-Irish Province of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate is currently engaged in a ?refounding? process, including an assessment of present resources and commitments.
As part of this, the organisational consultants who are guiding the process have held extensive consultations with Oblates and their lay partners throughout Britain and Ireland over the past six weeks.
They have heard a wide range of views on our strengths and weaknesses and are helping us to identify opportunities for the Province as well as some key choices and the implications of these.
At a second workshop on the process, held in Dublin on February 27th, the consultants briefed the project steering group and the provincial council on progress to date. See Newsletter 2 for details.
