Leadership Conference

“Things fall apart, the centre cannot hold…” Yeats

How could the scandal of abuse of children by priests and religious have happened? How could some bishops, priests and religious have deviated so far from their charism and Christian commitment and have done so much unspeakable harm to others?

What grasp of the organisational aspects of religious commitment is needed to be able to understand what has happened?
What kind of transformed leadership is needed to be alert to the deviations that can so easily take place and be ready to act decisively against them?
How can those who lead other disciples, in these challenging times, face the opportunities, demands and pressures involved?

If you are interested in exploring such challenging questions and issues and reflecting on what has been happening to you as you seek to minister and lead in the midst of the current painful realities, would you consider taking part in the Transforming Clergy Leadership Conference facilitated by the Grubb Institute, in mid-June, in the shadow of Salisbury Cathedral?
If so, follow the Link below.
